Natural meetings on Hallands Väderö
Right now we offer three conference packages on Hallands Väderö. They are different but they all contain fresh air, a creative setting and a natural meeting area in the nature reserve of Hallands Väderö. If you have special requests for your day we would be pleased to customize a package that will match your event. We can also offer guided tours on the island. Please contact us regarding an offer.
Package No 1 – Transport package
If you just need transport from Torekov Harbour to Hallands Väderö and back this is the package for you. Spend a couple of hours on the island before returning to Sandhamn and the boat to Torekov Harbour. Please observe that food and beverages are not included in the package which contains transport to and from the island.

Package No 2 – Morning Package
Enjoy an early start with a cup of coffee/tea and a jummy breakfast roll on your way to Hallands Väderö. Arrive in a good mood and return in the afternoon (hopefully in an even better mood). You bring your own food and beverages to the island.

Package No 3 – Väderö Package
Our most popular conference package. We will provide you with Swedish morning fika (coffee/tea and a breakfast roll), lunch and Swedish afternoon fika. Already on your way to Hallands Väderö we will give you a really enjoyable start of the day: with a cup of coffee/tea and a nice breakfast roll. Our widely appreciated picnic baskets with lunch plus beverages are included in the package. The arrangement includes something sweet for your Swedish afternoon fika. A package for those who wish to stay completely focused during the conference walk. Use your time for what is really important and let us deal with all practical matters:
