Welcome to a perfect boat excursion where we sail out with the charming wooden barge M/S Nanny af Torekov! We head to the seal sanctuary around Hallands Väderö, a fantastic marine environment that also offers wonderful landscapes when you look towards land. We see seals resting calmly on the rocks, others balancing elegantly on the edge of the cliffs or breaking the surface to watch us with curious eyes. We also usually encounter harbour porpoises and a variety of seabirds. The seal population at Hallands Väderö consists mostly of harbour seals and is estimated at 1400-1600 individuals. From June onwards, there is a good chance of seeing newborn seal pups lying on the rocks or playing around the boat.
All departures depart from Torekov and the price is DKK 295 per person (free for children aged 0-3). Please bring a picnic basket to enjoy during the trip, which takes about 80-90 minutes. Dogs are welcome.
If you are a larger company, you can charter M/S Nanny outside the regular schedule. Ask for a quote.
